This was a Tenant Improvement renovation of the entire administrative offices and sales area consisting of approximately 20,000sf. The scope of work was new paint & wall coverings, flooring (carpet, vinyl planking, slate, tile & VCT), new kitchen, upgraded restrooms, and custom millwork finishes in the Sales office and Reception area. The cabinetry and millwork was a conceptual design implemented by our in-house cabinetry expert Sara Moorman, CKD. This job was multiple phased and completed over 4 months while the tenant occupied with little or no interruptions in their daily business.

The conceptual design was given to MMi by Modern’s designer and implemented by our staff with coordination and acceptance by Modern Machinery. This was one of 5 national office remodels by Modern Machinery and MMi Services received the highest of all compliments. Our customer approval rating by the tenant was 34 points out of a possible 35.

We are particularly proud of the finished product and continue to use this job as a premiere example of how we work with the tenant on scheduling and implementation.
